tricia sterling's when my heart was wicked signing was yesterday in el dorado hills at face in a book bookstore. despite this book being on my tbr for a while, it wasn't until meeting tricia that i learned she's a local author and the book is set in the city we reside in -- sacramento. this just made me even more excited to read it because i haven't read or heard of many books set here.
